OUR HISTORY

NP Engineering and Projects is a company that is 100% black youth owned which was started by Tebogo Solomon Selepe in 2013.

We deliver quality services and products to our clients at reasonable rates by ensuring that all our employees have extensive experience and expertise in their respective fields.

In order to live out our commitment of being good corporate citizens, we intend to offer learnerships to the youth of the communities that we are operating in. These learnerships will give them an opportunity to work directly with the most experienced people in all the industries where

we do work, like the engineering

and construction fields. This affords the youth an opportunity to learn valuable skills from master artisans that are relevant in the current work environment..

Additionally, it is our goal to partner with the schools in the local community where we conduct business. These partnerships will culminate in identifying deserving students who show potential for academic excellence and offering them scholarships and bursaries.
